Hi, I'm Kate Sheldon...

I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Adviser and member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity.

The reason I became a personal trainer is very personal to me, for 12 years I cared for both of my parents and it quickly took its toll on me. I soon realised that I also needed to take care of myself and this became even more important when I became a mum, I wanted to lead by example and be a role model to my children on how to live a healthy and happy life.

My previous career as a senior professional in Human Resources taught the coaching approach I use to help others with their motivation and to make positive and sustainable behaviour changes.  

I would love to support you to surpass your health and fitness goals and be the best version of yourself.

We’ll work in partnership to create a programme that is as unique as you are. I‘ll guide you with tools, techniques and strategies that turn little changes into big results. Our time together will be highly bespoke to you, taking into account what you enjoy, your body, your lifestyle, your leisure time and your work life to enable you to take control of your own fitness, nutrition and health.
